SICK OF THE SIXTIES .. My joints are aching my back is weak, i've cultivated a stubborn streak.
My nerves are shot to heck.  If i could sleep through just one night I wouldn't be such a wreck. Can't eat
junk food; no more candy bars. Surgery has left me road map scars. (This song may just describe you perfectly.)

CAUGHT RED HANDED ... My girl had gone off on a trip to visit for a spell.  Thought i'd have a little fun 'cause i just might as well.  Found myself a curvy babe and went out on the town.  Little did i know my girl was gonna be around.  I promised her i wouldn't drink she said it was bad.  I fooled her for quite a while .. at least i thought I had.  But in a little bar I'd swear was safe as it could be ... guess who came in right away and sat down next to me? (live and learn)

COMPANY'S COMING ... Company's coming to see us today.  Didn't say how long they plan to stay.  That bunch is sure
gonna get in our way.  I wonder why no is too hard to say.  I see them now driving up outside with those three brats
I can't abide.  Nothing ever keeps them satisfied.  Three weeks last year I almost died. (just say no)

GOOD AS NEW ... Went to the doctor the doctor said man you look like you're just about dead.  Come on in
let's take a look at you.  We'll fix you up as good as new.  Just a little medication will relieve your complication.
(don't you want to know what the complication is?)

MAKE AN EXCEPTION ... Never liked a purple nose.  Big flat feet or baggy clothes but if you want me i suppose
in your case I'll make an exception.  Clearing your throat is a nervous tick.  Constant talking makes me sick.  Oh,
how I hate that ugly tattoo.  Put a ring in your nose and we're all through. (would you make an exception?)

HOW CAN I MISS YOU ... How can I miss you if you won't go away?  Why can't you understand I don't want you to stay?  I can live without you and smile from day to day.. but I can't ever miss you if you won't go away.  I really want you out of here and I'd give you the boot but you've been in that chair so long your rear has taken root.  I don't like
to come home now it's just a combat base.  1 keg of powder wouldn't blow you out of my face. (enough said)

WHEN SHE HOLLERED FROGGY - My baby's uncle willed her lots of dough.  When uncle died my love began to grow and I don't miss a chance to tell her so.  When she hollered froggy I jump.  No more a going out on this old town.  Through with all my slipping around.  Just let the fellows think that I'm a chump .. when she hollers I jump jump jump. (do you know somebody like this?)

TRUTH IN ADVERTISING ... Where are all those gorgeous hunks that I see on T.V.?  They're selling those great product and looking straight at me.  I have searched the building sights and looked at every man.  I can't find a
topless hunk a chuggin' from a can.  I tried to find a salesman who is muscular and lean to show me how to operate an exercise machine.  The one i got was six feet four and mostly skin and bone.  He had to read the manual just to turn the darn thing on.  Truth in advertising .  Where's the F.C.C.?  I can't find a handsome man to firm his buns with me. (we all have that problem.)

DOIN' THE ROCKIN' CHAIR ... If you think you're too old to do the rock and roll you don't have to be a square.
Just try the new promenade and you'll have it made.  Doin' the rockin' chair.  You can push and scoot with your shoe or boot.  A rockin' chair's easy to steer.  As you smoothly glide into a thrillin' ride you're headed for a new frontier.  So get a chair that's strong. practice had and long in your suit or underwear.  Rock it to and fro.  Man you can really go.  DOIN' THE ROCKIN' CHAIR. CHEWING CHEWING GUM .  I knew a crazy kid obsessed with what she did.  She chewed chewing gun until her jaws were numb.  She thought it was so good she chewed a great big cud.  People stared in awe at her pouched jaw.  When she'd
pucker up and blow the bubbles all would grow and grow.  As if from way down deep inside.. really big and really wide. CHEWING CHEWING GUM ... (try it)
